- Artichokes
- Butter (Grassfed- optional) Melted for dipping
Instructions
- Place artichokes in a large cooking pot with a lid. Fill it about 1 inch of water in bottom (make sure all artis are standing up), turn stove up to full boil, reduce heat to a medium heat and cover. Watch carefully as to not run out of water. After 45-50 minutes leaves will come out when lightly tugged!
