Home Recipes Desserts Pudding Pops with A Nutritious Punch!

I am always on the search for nutrition “treats” for my kids.  Things I can give them that they “LOVE” and I do not feel guilty about feeding them.  This is one of my summer adaptions that is a hit for everyone who has tried them- kids and adults alike.  I took a recipe I have for a pudding made from avocados, it is from a cookbook called Everyday Raw Desserts!  It is quick and easy and when frozen into a popsicle mold makes an AMAZING PUDDING POP!

Hope this keeps your summer cool, tasty and healthy.  For more ideas join us Thursday night in Eden Prairie for Mom’s Nutrition Network “Healthy Frozen Treats”‘ with special speaker Jessica from HopeFULL bellies!
