I am always on the search for nutrition “treats” for my kids. Things I can give them that they “LOVE” and I do not feel guilty about feeding them. This is one of my summer adaptions that is a hit for everyone who has tried them- kids and adults alike. I took a recipe I have for a pudding made from avocados, it is from a cookbook called Everyday Raw Desserts! It is quick and easy and when frozen into a popsicle mold makes an AMAZING PUDDING POP!

|Pudding Pops with A Nutritious Punch!|| |
- 2 Ripe Avocados (peeled and pitted)
- ¾ c. Unsweetened Cocoa
- ¾ c. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Pure GF Vanilla
- 1 c. Almond or Coconut Milk
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- Dash of Sea Salt
- Put all ingredients into a blender and puree to smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid!
