Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 T. coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp. cream of tartar
Instructions
  1. Whip room temperature egg whites in a glass bowl- smaller is better. When whites get frothy add cream of tater, slowly add coconut sugar, whip until stiff peaks form. Smear over cooked pie and bake 15 minutes until golden brown on 325 degrees!
